Visual concept of Third gate Bridge goes viral made by Mohsin Tahsildar

A video which is a visual concept for a Bridge and traffic management at Third Gate Tilakwadi Belagavi has gone Viral on Social media today and each one is appreciating the work done by Mohsin Tahsildar, who is a professional video animator.

Already the foundation stone for the work on the RoB at Third gate has been done but this Visual concept puts forth an idea and how easily traffic can move from each side without any hassles.

The sad part is this concept which is really noteworthy will be only in digital media as in reality the RoB planned will be just a cross over RoB from this side of the gate to the other with no connections to Congress road or elsewhere.

This video shows the exact way how a Smart city should be planned and projects such as these will only make it smart.

Now many would say then why is the RoB not been built like that? Here you have to understand that it is the Railways who is building the RoB, as it wants to remove all the Level Crossings by 2020 and all the RoB’s are in this connection only and hence their main aim is to close the Level crossing and make an Overbridge.

However, if the Local City Corporation, BUDA come together they can make a plan similar to what is shown in the video, where the Railways builds the RoB and all other lanes, connections are done by the BUDA or the corporation.

But for that, we need foresightedness which is lacking.

In the mean time just enjoy this concept Video and also at the same time appreacicate the efforts of Mohsin and his team.

Min fare from IXG to BLR for Star Air will be 2599 HBX-BLR 1598

$

The Star Air website has been made live for bookings this morning and we were amazed to see the Belagavi also under booking along with Hubballi to Tirupati and Bengaluru.

When we checked the prices for the tickets the Lowest price known as Star Regular PROMO fare was 2599 which includes a GST 5% on Basic Fare + 244 Passenger Service Fee.

For the BLR-IXG Belagavi, the fare varies with the minimum under Star Regular PROMO is 2599 but here along with 5% GST the PSF is 271 and also a surcharge of 50.

IXG – BLR also is the same fare 2599 minimum.

All the pricing systems are based on Dynamic pricing and as and when the seats are booked the price keeps on rising from Level 1 to Level 2 then Level 3 and so on.

There are about 17 levels which Star Air has planned which are again different for IXG-BLR and BLR-IXG.

However, the prices from Hubballi to Bengaluru are quite cheaper which start from 929+ GST+PSF for the BLR-HBX (Rs.1219) route and HBX-BLR (Rs.1599)1290+ GST+PSF.

Starair-banner-2

So the fare difference is almost an Rs.1000, as if one travels from Belagavi it will cost 2599 while if he travels from Hubballi it will cost 1299.
Now, these are assuming both fares are under the lowest fare Star Regular PROMO.

In the review meeting held today for the commencement of the Road over bridge work at Third gate, Suresh Angadi mentioned that the RoB will also an underpass (subway) to be used exclusively by pedestrians and to some extent even cyclists.

At this moment we really aren’t clear as to the width of the underpass and if even cyclists are allowed access then even bikes will follow suit.

Angadi speaking today said that this underpass will help the pedestrians going towards Udyambag and vice versa.

The work on the Third gate RoB is yet to take off only the foundation stone laying ceremony was performed.

mohsinOfficials from all the departments were present to make a note of what they need to do so that the work goes off smoothly.

With respect to the visual plan made by Mohsin Tahshildar it was appreciated by all the departments and now Smart city planners have been asked to see if the connecting bridges to the RoB can be built under smart city project.

The Belagavi KAT (Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal) bench was inaugurated on 17th December 2018 and within a month now the sitting has been “canceled with effect from January 16, 2019, until further orders.”
In the notification issued, Justice A V Chandrashekara, judicial member KAT, was constituted to function at Belagavi bench with effect from January 2, 2019. Justice Chandrashekara was on casual leave from January 2 to 4, 2019.
Thereafter 150 cases were listed before the Belagavi bench for taking up the same from 7 to 19 January 2019, but the Honorable Judicial member held sitting for two days and adjourned the cases for 4-8 weeks (except disposing of 18 applications) and returned to Bengaluru.
A request was made to post 70 cases on 16 and 50 cases on 17 January before the Belagavi bench.

KAT Inauguration by Minister Krishna Bhairegouda (1)It is also stated in the note that the Honorable Judicial member can sit at Belagavi bench only for two days in a week.

Keeping in view the cost that would be incurred for the to and fro journey of the Judicial member and staff for two days in a week from Bengaluru to Belagavi and back and shifting of records to and fro, holding of sitting for only for two days in a week at Belagavi is not viable and worthy.

Therefore, further sitting of Justice A V Chandrashekara, Judicial member at Belagavi bench of KSAT is canceled with effect from 16-1-2019 until further orders.

Utkarsha Learning Center education initiative of Mahesh Foundation

Poverty is the biggest enemy of education and both these are strongly linked, people living in poverty often stop going to school so that they can work, this leaves them without literacy and numeracy skills. Their children, in turn, are in a similar situation, with little income and fewer options but to leave school and work.

Mahesh Foundation is actively working with the poor, neglected and under-privileged communities and helping them escape poverty through various awareness and livelihood programs. After 10 years of consistent work with these communities, the foundation has been successful in convincing the parents the importance of education to girls and boys.

The birth of Utkarsha Learning Center:

Utkarsha Learning Center (ULC) (Utkarsha Kalika Kendra) located at 792/1, Siddeshwar Nagar, Kanbargi is an education initiative of Mahesh Foundation, a not for profit organization based in Belagavi. Utkarsha commenced operations in the academic year 2018 – 19. In the first year, Utkarsha has enrolled around 48 underprivileged and medically challenged children. These children are attending school from grade 1 to grade 5.

Utkarsha Learning Center

Utkarsha provides a fear free environment for the underprivileged and medically challenged children. All the children accessing Utkarsha are first generation learners. The challenges faced by these learners is very different to children from educated families. First generation learners require a lot more visual stimuli in the classroom as they get no form of encouragement, support or resources back at home.

With the assistance of the generous corporate donors, the children of Utkarsha are able to access computers, smart boards, teaching and learning material that encourages hands on learning. The objective is to provide a visually rich and stimulating environment.

In addition to academics, Utkarsha also provides uniforms, books, resources, meals, regular health check-ups and transportation to the children.

Teachers:

The teachers and the administrative staff are trained to handle the challenges of the first-generation school goers, orphans, under privileged and disadvantaged children. The teachers have a thorough understanding and experience that requires a substantially higher level of commitment to handle first generation learners. These under-privileged and medically challenged children receive very little or no support at home hence the entire learning has to be imparted in the school that is visually stimulating.

Teacher training sessions are held periodically to keep their teachers updated with innovative teaching methods. They encourage teachers to visit other schools to learn and share different approaches to teaching.

Utkarsha Learning CenterCurriculum:

The Philosophy of Utkarsha is to teach children “how to learn”. The future jobs are for students” who know what to do with what they know” and not just what they know.

The curriculum offered is student centric. The curriculum focuses in developing well rounded individuals with love for learning. The approach is creating a fearless learning environment, confidence building and helping the children to build their own identities and make ethical decisions.

The academics is addressed keeping in mind the various learning styles. They encourage children to learn using hands on methods rather than rote learning.

Children:

In the first two months, they have enrolled 48 children, 20 girls and 28 boys. Their aim is to enroll more girls in the school. These children are in the age group of 6 to 12 years. In conventional schools, these children would have been from grade 1 to grade 5.

The foundation works closely with the parent community to encourage them to educate the children. Utkarsha conducts regular parent teacher meetings to keep the parents informed of the children’s progress and also to encourage parents to be involved in their children’s learning. These children are provided with free transportation, food, uniform and all the learning resources by the foundation.

They have been successful in keeping the attendance rate considerably high keeping in mind the challenges these children face at home. The drop rate has been mainly due to families migrating to other parts of the city.

The school keeps the children motivated through different activities be it cultural, indoor sports, field trips, drama, music, art, craft etc.

Ambiance:

They have created an infrastructure that is safe, conducive and a welcoming learning environment for children. The academy has a fully functional library, smart class room, teaching tools, kitchen, dining facility and open-air theatre for dramatics and cultural activities for the children.  The academy has invested in the best available learning resources that is available to mainstream schools. Children’s artwork is proudly displayed on the walls of the school.

Other activities:

Research says that children focus better during the first half of the day. Keeping this in mind they provide academic rigor in the first half and the second half is reserved for more hands on activities. They have volunteers who come and do science experiments with our children. Teachers encourage children to participate in drama, singing, dancing and other cultural activities. Children also play carom, chess, snake and ladders and other traditional board games. They also do regular field trips as an extension of their learning.

Children may come from underprivileged backgrounds but are extremely talented. The have life skills and the enthusiasm to do something different. They see great potential in our children, so they at Utkarsha are taking their skills and talent and lighting that fire of learning in them.

The government has received bids for 111 proposals which include operations of seaplanes in the third round of auction for the regional air connectivity UDAN 3 scheme from 15 airlines, senior government officials had said and the announcement as per schedule was to happen on January 7.

But due to various reasons, the announcement has not yet been made and sources from Delhi say that this could be due to the delay from the Finance ministry as they have to give a nod for the fund allocation under VGF and others heads for the scheme.

As you know most of the officials in the finance ministry are now laboring with the budget preparations, the final announcement of the routes under UDAN 3 is possible this week.

With regards to Belagavi 17 routes have got Financial Bids but Bengaluru, Mumbai,  and Chennai are missing from the list which is disheartening.

Under the scheme, 50 per cent seats in aeroplanes are offered at concessional rates to passengers.
In case of these seats remaining vacant, the Centre and the respective state offer subsidy in the form of Value Gap Funding (VGF) to the airline company to compensate for the loss.
As part of this scheme, no other airline is allowed to operate that particular route, thus protecting the business interest of the operating company.
The VGF in tickets is shared by the Centre (80 per cent) and the state (20 per cent).

The financial bid received for 17 routes –

Belagavi to Surat
Belagavi to Kishangarh (Ajmer)

TRAI caps DTH: Get loyalty discounts for the customers of Bhima Riddhi Digital Service Cable TV and broadband service!

$

As per the new directives issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, every Cable TV consumer will now have to pay for the channels they watch – individually! The older format of cable TV packages have become ineffective from the 1st of February 2019, and a renewed tariff regime has been launched which requires Cable TV Consumers to pay individually for each channel.

Earlier the customers were given 100 Free-To-Air (FTA) channels by the MSOs at a rate of INR 130 plus GST. But as per TRAI’s new tariff order, these first 100 channels can be selected by the Cable TV Consumers on their own. Now the customer only needs to pay for the channels they REALLY want to watch. As per the TRAI’s new tariff order, there are three set of choices to make.

A prescribed list of 100 channels for INR 130. The choice of the first 100 remains with the customers. They can pick from Free to Air channels or paid channels. The number of paid channels chosen, add up to the basic cost of INR 130 plus GST.

Bouquets of channels where a few channels are clubbed together as small packages to include in the prescribed list of channels. OR

Pay Channels which work like an A-La-carte menu. (Please visit: http://www.brds.co.in/pdf/brds-mrp.pdf to see the price of every channel)

Here the customers get a list of the pricing structure of each channel and pick up the ones they want for their package. So if a customer likes to watch a lot of news they can pick up news channels like NDTV India, Aaj Tak, Zee News etc. and pay as per their choice of channels.

brds belgaum belagavi trai package

Of course, there are distinctions between the basic channels and the premium ones in terms of pricing. The prices of the channels have been kept according to their appeal to the masses. These prices range anywhere from INR 0.30 to INR 19 per channel! The most expensive ones i.e. INR 19 per channel rates are for the popular news and drama channels while the basic channels like NDTV India, Aaj Tak etc are kept at a minimum of INR 1 per channel. The coolest thing is that much like ordering food in a restaurant you can pick your channels and feed your eyes!

For every additional 25 channels over the prescribed list of 100 channels, the government has announced network capacity fees of INR 20. Therefore, you get to decide what you pay according to what you watch!

Select and pay for only the channels that you watch!

In light of TRAI’s new tariff structure, BRDS Digital Cable TV and Broadband Service providers have brought loyalty discounts for the customers to make the new rules suitable for every household. BRDS is currently the only company to give loyalty discounts to its customers, thus bringing in a cut in the bills of the customers that rely on BRDS for their cable TV connection.

BRDS Digital Cable TV and Broadband service will be providing regional content to the Cable TV consumers, so as to enable a proper selection help for cheapest bouquets. Offering Cable TV Consumers of Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Goa a chance to select channels from designed content the company is bringing immense comfort to the consumers in terms of prices, choice and selection. And all of it comes within suitable budgets!

Pay Channels are indeed an advantage for the cable TV customers

The whole experience of choosing what fits your bill is indeed an advantage for the customers. With the new rules in line, the people of Maharashtra won’t have the NEED to pay for a Bengali Channel or a Tamil Channel for their viewership; the interested customers have their CHOICE to add the ones they like to their list of channels.

Therefore, customers don’t just get the freedom of choice for the channels they watch but only pay for the channels they really view. This will be an informed decision taken by the customers as the menu will be shown by the local cable operator, and will also be available on the ‘Consumer Information TV Channel’ on the TV sets of existing customers.

BRDS Cable TV and Broadband Services – a convergence of entertainment, information, and service!

BRDS Cable & Broadband service is a premium Cable TV service operative in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa. As an MSO, the company has been working since the last 25 years to bring in every household an integrated experience of entertainment, information, and service. With valued pricing structure, high-quality services, and a promising network, BRDS is a single point access provider to more than millions of subscribers in the region.

And in line with the new tariff structure designed to bring Selection of Channels in the hands of the customers, BRDS Cable TV providers have ensured of having a worthwhile experience with designed content in minimum value!

The Cable TV consumers of BRDS, therefore, can take a big sigh of relief and just switch between their choices of channels tension free!

The only figure that is true is that of age, I mean for men, women don’t age. We grow up, we age and we mature. Men grow up and when I say this I am sure many women may not agree with me, ” but we do grow up, even though our hearts remain young”. That’s the conflict that men remain in denial with all their lives ” an ever-young heart in an aging body”.The most difficult time for men, however, is the middle ages. You know the term “Dhobhi ka kutta, na gharka na ghat ka “, well that is the caricature of a middle-aged man, he neither has the exuberance of youth not the maturity of old age, its a nightmare coming to terms with the fact that young age is going by and you can’t catch it.

By definition, middle age dawns at forty-five, but the life expectancy of an ordinary Belgaumite is in tune with the national average of around seventy years, so let’s assume middle age is around forty. I don’t mean to hurt someone by calling them middle-aged too early, but you need to wake up and smell the coffee when you are forty.

middle-agedI guess the first symptom of middle age is the fact that you are called an “uncle”, one word that makes you feel like hanging off the cliff. To the middle-aged, uncle feels like a fungal disease, once you have it, it never goes, it itches but you can’t scratch in public, you are embarrassed about it but can’t show, it hurts you where it should not.

I guess if I had known the word hurts someone so much, I would not have used it so often when I was small. Your neighbor’s kids, your friend’s kids, your sibling’s kids, the watchman, the vegetable vendor take extreme pleasure in calling you an uncle. It hurts most when young college goers say it, especially the girls. The college guys say it merely to impress upon the girls that they are younger to you. But eventually you do come to terms with it I guess, and you are in the phase when people call you uncle and you call others uncle, it’s the time when uncle is the most painful word you will hear in your life.

40This is the phase in life when your schedule goes as per someone else’s plan, you just have to fit into it. You wake up so you are in time to get your kids to school. Your breakfast, lunch, and dinner are dictated by your wife’s mood and daughters choice, you work at your bosses mercy, whims and fancy, you shop as per your wife’s shopping list, you party when your friends can convince their wives, you eat, you drink, you live to the mercy of everyone around you. It is this hopeless age group that we will shed some light on today. There is this funny Facebook challenge going around these days and aunties around the world are making futile efforts to show just how they have changed for the better. Sometimes we feel like telling them that in ten years it is only your weight that’s now a little positive.

Let us first understand the changes that occur with the poor victim of middle age. Ordinarily, there is some hair loss, well that is if you put it in simple terms. On a second thought hair loss is not that simple. The male of every species is at a constant struggle with time to look attractive to the world. In birds the feathers, in lions the mane, in insects the colors and inhuman the hair are meant to attract, and losing it is a big insult to the idea of being young.

Although they say bald men are sexy and bald men are never poor you can walk around Khade Bazaar and you can easily see the exceptions. Being bald is not easy, you constantly try to hide the patch of skin on your scalp, you grow hair in the sides, you wear a cap, but it’s like love, you can’t show it, you can’t hide it. Then you have your friends who will constantly advise you about the virtues of a hair transplant.

40-1It’s time your memory also takes a jog, initially you don’t notice it but then it becomes a norm. You tend to forget names at first, your colleagues, your friends and sometimes your better half. Then you forget the things to do, anniversaries, birthdays, phone numbers and so on. It’s not actually intentional but people tend to never understand. The eyes also tend to get a week, you get the traditional “Chalshi cha Chasma”, the perfect 6/6 vision Derrick could identify beautiful women from miles away is now history. There is trouble seeing people and people can easily take you for a ride.

Then the tummy makes its grand entrance and your pants become uncomfortable. Some wise man once said, the tummy is like squeezing a toothpaste, you can get the paste out but you can’t get it back in. You start everything possible, start going to gym, diet, give up on everything you love but nothing works, relentlessly the tummy just buldges more and more. So with a receding hairline, a poor memory, poor eyesight and a bulging waistline, we have the middle-aged person, who for obvious reasons is irritable and much short on temper.

Now that we know what happens to the middle-aged man we need to understand his struggles.

His first struggle is with technology; Technology changes every day, young men are tech savvy, they keep in tune with what’s happening, middle-aged just don’t have the time, most of the investments of the young in technology is courtesy of the parents, the problems start for middle age when you have to earn to buy your latest iPhone. Money is never adequate and salaries don’t grow unless you are in the government service. It is time you switch over to a cheaper phone. You can walk around Ramdev Galli and see that young and elderly have I phones, the poor middle ages stick to Samsung. The struggle does not end here, its even more embarrassing when seven – eight-year-olds come to you and teach you a lesson or two, I guess it hurts your ego more than anything else that even a small child is more tech savvy than you.”Uncle is very easy they say “, and uncle is all red-faced. You are a hapless softy with no soft skills.

The next struggle is at the job, at forty you are in the middle of the ladder. You have an ever pestering, demanding boss at the top who expects your every effort to be superhuman and will set you impossible goals to achieve and at the lower end you have your juniors who will never do anything to your satisfaction. Your happiness is subject to both the sides of the ladder. The job is like your second wife now, when young wives look beautiful and so do jobs, but in the middle ages, you always find the job and wife of others more beautiful. Getting up and going to the job is a pain, your tummy does not allow you. You tend to get late and the least you do is blame the traffic and the morchas at Chennamma. Actually the road is your best bet, you can take out all your frustration from home and office on the traffic rule breakers, I never feel offended by middle-aged men abusing at signals, poor them where else can they raise their voice they don’t dare in front of wives, bosses don’t allow them and politicians don’t listen.

Middle-aged men find solace in the gym. It’s not easy getting yourself to the gym early in the morning, the body is too tired. Being the new uncle in the gym your only happiness is that everyone calls you sir, wishes you and gives you an artificial smile, you have a personal trainer since you can afford him, and he is bent upon seeing that you don’t come the next day, putting you under all sorts of stress. Little boys and girls around you remind you of your days of glorious past, for a moment you are back in the company of angels. Then again you may tend to get a little carried away on the treadmill or with the weights and then mess up with your back. The back actually becomes your enemy, aches, pains, sprains and as a result, you will have to rest all the time.

Yet somehow to avoid being called an uncle, to try and put that tummy inside, to try and build up that ever ending stamina, middle-aged men never give up on the gym. Yoga, swimming, running, jumping, middle age men try everything, but time is running against them.

The next challenge for middle-aged men is with food. Food is Devine retreat for every emotion, tension hogging, sweet tooth, spice tonic all these are emotional people. Food is the only thing that gives pleasure to the middle ages. The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach they say. In middle ages, however, men are kept away from food to keep his heart safe. Everything that we ever tasted and loved becomes restricted on diet charts. Suddenly everyone seems to be interested in preventing a heart attack. Your wife allows you only oats, your tea is cut down, ice cream, nonveg is off the menu. Alcohol goes off the table. Your taste buds undergo atrophy and your emotions are hypertrophied. All this torture and you as told its all for your heart.

It not that you are merely deprived of food, your body refused to digest it too, bowels turn into silicon tubes they don’t absorb or digest, they act only as conduits. All in all your friends become cautious too and you have none to give you company after two chicken legs and two pegs of whiskey.

So this is a typical middle-aged person, who is struggling to adjust to what’s happening within him and around him. If you ask what happens to women in middle ages, I really don’t know, women don’t age, at least they don’t let us know they do, you can’t ask them their age, so let’s assume they are always young. But the moot point is that men suffer a lot in middle age, the least you can do is to be a little more considerate, a little more understanding, a little more loving, and finally a request if you can please resist calling him an uncle.

REINVENT YOUR LIFE!!! – build values to design your FUTURE

A for… APPLE, B for… BALL – very confident right? Well, today this seems pretty easy, but when you were 3 or 4 years of age, you needed frequent corrections and had to memorize a lot. The course would be completed when you knew thoroughly till letter Z for ZEBRA and to complete it, you had to repeat and repeat until you were perfect. The above scenario will help you understand that during our childhood we all knew where we had to start and where we had to end with a set pattern of A to Z. You were clear about your GOAL with direction. Whenever you were stuck, you would always start back from first or take a little hint from your parent or teacher and continue, but never ever gave up because you knew you could Finish well. Life is all about understanding the A to Z pattern designed after the kindergarten as well.

Slowly, you started growing by getting less and fewer answers and hints to your questions (non-academic). The only time when people would get answers was when they understood the fundaments of it or repeat and learn lessons thoroughly. The journey of your LIFE has started long back with the letter (A) and the problem now you face is that you do not know at what letter have you reached currently in your life and when is the last letter (Z) nearing. It was very important for you to experience some lessons because they now give you the confidence to deal with tricky situations, no matter at any stage of your life.

try-success
Frankly, we all have fears of getting stuck in the wrong path or losing the right direction and this is where we cannot identify our journey correctly. People think and start assuming so bad about their LIFE, that they forget the journey always has to move ahead despite slow in pace or maybe slight change in direction. This is like the child gets stuck on an alphabet and repeating it many times or trying to say next wrong alphabet with hesitation (L, M, N, O, O.. O… Q?… no P, Q, right). Remember, the journey can be modified and continued again only if we are willing to listen to others opinions and welcome their ideas in our life. With one suggestion (from parent or teacher, the child gets going with the alphabets fast again), things can change, but this is where our natural tendency to think comes into the picture, that is to See The Negative First In Any Situation. There is a strong need to understand the situation and change our Mindset accordingly.

I think everyone should be Rich and Famous because then will they understand that is not what it takes to be HAPPY.. – Anonymous.”

Understand that if we choose a good set of values and follow in our life then we can program our subconscious mind to eliminate many of our problems. Values can be shortly described as THINGS, WHICH MONEY CAN’T BUY. One way to look at it is by taking a social media example; Facebook Wall or News Feed of an individual profile – how does it look? What difference can you see between the Facebook Wall of two opposite thinking people and secondly, Why is that difference? The people whom you LIKE and FOLLOW make a difference in how you feel, learn, get motivated, feel inspired or encouraged, be more caring, form good values, have positive thoughts, being a patriot, OR be discouraged, develop bad habits, forming bad values, be an antinational, be depressed, and have a negative outlook towards life. You need to monitor these things closely and be aware of the choices you make. Online and Offline, LEARN TO BE RESPECTED AND NOT TO BE LIKED…

Children start forming values from a very young age. Parents and Society play a crucial role in it. Once the brain is programmed, you will receive similar signals or directions throughout the journey of your life, which is very hard to change and this will determine the Success you will achieve.

START FOLLOWING BELOW POINTS TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE COMPLETELY:

Develop good value system (love, respect, character, helpful, caring, etc).

Develop a strong Learning and Listening Attitude.

Habit of reading books.

Practice meditation (to boost confidence and relaxation).

Make friends who understand and encourage you positively.

Follow inspirational personalities (online and offline, BOTH).

Build positive thinking and positive believing.

Develop your communication skills.

Believe you are a “GENIUS”.

Be persistent in your approach.

Make a note of what you are contributing to society. You are the young member of this society and should take more responsibility in improving and preserving it.

Take some time if you need and start the planning because even, ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY, but try to be Better than Yesterday!!

Now, you may think from where to start, who will help and how? There can be many closed ones from your life who could wish to help you grow and guide your way, but for this to happen you need to understand that the first step should be from YOU and then they can help you move ahead. Sometimes, you get so dependent on your parents/teachers/mentors/trainers, you feel like they should come to you, lift you up, and then you will work on it. This will never help you to grow anytime. It is your journey, your plan, your LIFE so starts working on it and you will see beautiful surprises being unfolded.

Throughout the journey, there will be ups and downs. Never get discouraged when you fail because FAILURES are bad experiences and bad experiences help you achieve SUCCESS. Rejections and Failures are temporary if handled sensibly. Start contributing for the change you want to see and things will improve automatically.

You can always be the person you want, so Think, Think, and Believe that you have all the potential to “REINVENT YOUR LIFE” from any stage and can BOUNCE BACK.

You lose only when you stop trying. Your journey from letter A to Z is already designed. Understand the direction and speed you need because even successful people experience good days and bad days, but their ability to handle emotions, situations, and behavior with society makes them “Winner.”
