Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s programme on the occassion of Teacher’s Day, which was telecast live in several schools across the Belgaum. Most schools had made special arrangement for the same. Many schools had let of the lower and primary classes and students from 8 to 10 were made to hear to the live speech.
