RTO plans Prepaid auto booths at 3 places
Sources have confirmed AAB that the RTO officials have sent a proposal to the DC N Jayram after he took their class in the previous week with regards to the implementation of Meters in autos. The proposal states that Belgaum should have 3 Pre paid auto booths one each at CBT, Ramdev Hotel and Railway station.

RTO has never been serious about this implementation, so how can one believe them now?
The pre paid auto booth at the railway station was started in December 2007. How many of you used it?
