Pre Paid auto booths to be restarted in Belgaum ?

In a surprise for the citizens in the BUDA meeting held yesterday in the presence of MLA’s a decision was taken to restart the PRE PAID auto booths at Railway station and also one at CBT.
As the enforcement comes under the purview of the RTO it was decided to inform the RTO about the same and take speedy action on the same.
But some questions remain unanswered which eventually will make this just another statement on paper.
But will this be effective at all?
With no fare revision will Auto drivers accept this?
RTO has never been serious about this implementation, so how can one believe them now?
The pre paid auto booth at the railway station was started in December 2007. How many of you used it?
