Exit poll says Congress in Belgaum
Creative Centre for Social and Political Studies (COPS) a Bangalore based research institute in its exit poll survey has said that the Belgaum Parliamentary seat would be won by Congress this time and Chikkodi would be BJP.
The survey was done in 50 polling booths in each of the assembly segment covering 400 booths in every parliamentary constituency across the state.
