Belgaum kite festival on 18 and 19 January
The fourth edition of the Belgaum International Kite Festival 2014 will be held on January 18 to 21 January 2014.
Also an Umang Youth Festival is planned as part of the same event at the same venue wherein the youth can demonstrate their talents in various cultural events, dance, singing etc.
