MP, Suresh Angadi on Tuesday held a special meeting with all the officials of the corporation, railways, smart city officials to find out the exact status of the work.
Angadi said work on the RoB near the third railway gate will start by July 15 and already the tender work was in progress.
The Railways have sent the project to the city Corporation and once it is approved by the Corporation the tender would be published.

Angadi also asked that Railways must think of building a RoB at Tanaji Galli as well.
The deadline given for the RoB at Gogte circle is August 31, 2018.
As of now the work on RoB at Gogte Circle is going on a slow pace. Retaining walls near the Co-operative bhavan side is yet to be erected. The Girders for main bridge have arrived and work would commence soon. But the rains could hamper it.
