Sanjyot Bandekar is the new Mayor of Belagavi
Sanjyot Sunil Bandekar of Ward No.36 has been elected as the Mayor of Belagavi.
Earlier the Belagavi mayoral election commece, delayed by 10 minutes for want of quorum, BJP MLA Sanjay Patil and BJP MP Suresh angadi absent
Nagesh Mandolkar has been elected as the Deputy Mayor.
The MES has been able to safeguard its fort this time as well with some rumors of a split in the corporators.
