IT sleuths survey residences of Laxmi Hebbalkar and Jarkhiholi
The Income Tax department today carried out surveys at residences of Laxmi Hebbalkar
Karnataka Pradesh Mahila Congress president, Lakhan & Ramesh Jarkhiholi in Gokak.
IT sleuths were seen at the Kuvempu nagar residence of Laxmi Hebbalkar this morning and simultaneous IT sleuths also surveyed houses of Jarkiholi, his youngest brother Lakhan, two of former’s trusted lieutenants H.D. Mulla and Ali Atthar in their home town Gokak in the morning. Sources indicated that the IT officials also raided houses of personal staff of the minister in the town.
They checked their documents and other financial transactions in connection with their tax returns, sources said.
