No official transfer order of Prabhu as yet
Belagavi City Corporation commissioner G Prabhu transferred, but no official transfer order has been published as yet by the Govt.
Prabhu had been to Bengaluru to attend a meeting of the housing minister, his new appointment.
A few of the councilors are also getting together to call him back as his tenure was hardly a year here.
There are rumors that BUDA commissioner Sashidhar Kerur could be the next the commissioner but sources from Bengaluru say that, they are finding a suitable IAS cadre candidate as he or she will have to be the CEO of Belagavi Smart city Ltd. And implement the smart city projects.
