It was dream debut for Belgamuite Sai Lokur and comedian Kapil Sharma in the movie Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, which won all the hearts last week and has crossed Rs 50 crore at the worldwide box office.
The romantic comedy “Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon” has finished its first week at the domestic box office on a good note. Abbas-Mustan’s directorial film, which was reportedly made on a budget of Rs 20 crore, has fetched Rs 51.42 crore from the worldwide box office. Sai Lokur who hails from Belagavi plays one of the three wives of the hero (Kapil Sharma) in the movie.
Speaking to AAB, Sai candidly said that “this is a dream debut in Hindi with an Abbas Mustan film and Kapil Sharma in the lead. I am extremely happy with the success of KKPK and feels great to be part of the 50 crore club. Sai was born in Belagavi and her mother Veena Lokur is a famous film director. Sai’s debut film as a lead was Platform, directed by her mother Veena Lokur along with co-artists Mohan Joshi and Sharad Ponkshe. Sai’s mother Veena Lokur is a noted film maker and her Mission Champion (Marathi) has won many awards.
