Passport seva camp in Belagavi on September 12-13

As part of its continuing efforts to provide faster and more accessible Passport services to the residents of non-Passport Seva Kendra centers in Karnataka, the Regional Passport Office, Bengaluru will be organising a Passport Seva Camp in Belagavi district of Karnataka on 12-13 September 2015.
The Camp will facilitate submission of Passport applications by residents/applicants of Belagavi, Bagalkot and Uttara Kannada districts.
The venue for this Camp will be Zilla Panchayat Office, Belagavi. passport-belgaum
During the Camp only applications for Normal Passports will be accepted and no Tatkal applications will be accepted. Applicants may also please note that admission to this Camp and submission of applications will only be on appointment basis.
A total of 400 appointments will be provided for this Camp as under:

To participate in the Camp applicants must visit the official website www.passportindia.gov.in and fill the online form for normal passport, generate Application Reference Number (ARN) , pay the appropriate fee and take an appointment for either 12 September 2015 or 13 September 2015. Applicants participating in the Camp should bring the print out of ARN sheet with appropriate details along with the requisite documents in original as well as one set of self attested photocopies of all documents and two passport size photographs(with white background).
The Camp will begin at 09:00 hrs on both days. In order to prevent any last minute confusion, the applicants are requested to kindly report at the Camp venue 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.

The Passport Seva Camp at Belagavi is a part of Ministry of External Affairs’ decision to organise at least 250 Passport Seva Camps across the country in 2015 for taking Passport services to citizens living in remote locations and this office will be organising such Camps in other non-PSK centers of the State routinely.
