Corporation delays action on shops in basement
The corporation has not yet taken any action on the 14 shops in the basement in Maruti Galli to which it had issues of eviction. The notice period has lapsed.
The Corporation now says as the Ramzaan month is at its end let the festival conclude and then they initiate action. Adding to this the corporation now plans to issue such notices to all shops in the basement it is learned. While the association of the basement shop owners will knock the doors of the court soon to stop this action.
