Spicejet could continue flying from Belagavi
This could be good news to Fliers to and form Belagavi, sources have told AAB that Spicejet which is still continuing its diverted flights from Hubballi unto March 28, 2015 could continue flying from Belagavi itself.

This has become clearer after the Air Pegasus got its air operator’s permit (AOP) on Tuesday. Based out of the Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore, Air Pegasus will initially offer flights to Thiruvananthapuram and Hubballi. Services will be scaled up gradually to connect Kochi, Chennai, Tuticorin, Belagavi and Rajahmundry.
So Spicejet is eyeing this market segment as if it switches back to Hubballi it will have to share the market segment with the new airline.
On March 29, all domestic airlines issue their Summer time table in which this could be ratified.
