LKG admission – Age Dilemma – Maximum age raised to 4 yrs 10 months
After the Dilemma over the minimum and maximum age for admission in LKG and Standard 1 has been clarified by a press release by DDPI.

According to the release as the age has been lowered to 3 years for LKG but in the preceding year the minimum age was 3 years 10 months, and there could be chance of some children being not eligible in both age limits, the clarification states-
The Maximum age for admission for this year for LKG will 4 years 10 months and for Standard 1 will be 6 years 10 months.
