HESCOM has enabled online payment of electricy bills and also raising service requests realted to billing and No power supply on http://hescom.co/
One has to register with the Account ID which is mentioned on the bill.
You can also make payment with the quick payment option without any registration

One can currently check and makeBill payments online, get PDF copy of the bill, also see the consumption history over 12 months.
This is a welcome step from HECOM and it will be a boon to the lakhs of consumers who have to stand in the queue and make the payment.
